W-Thing Publishing LLC. Return & Exchange Policy

General:

W-Thing Publishing Return & Exchange Policies.

These return/refund policies are only applicable to orders purchased directly from the author of The Adventures of Cobasfang, David E Walker at W-Thing Publishing on the www.cobasfang.com website, (hereby referred to as “seller”)

• Products shipped directly from the author only includes Autographed copies of books and materials noted in the product descriptions upon purchase.
• Note: Any item purchased that requires an autograph other than the author’s full name, (David E Walker) cannot be returned unless the item was damaged in shipping or is the result of an error on the seller’s part. Ie: If you receive the incorrect book or if the personalized autograph does not match the request.

 

Any purchases made through third party suppliers are subject to their Return & Refund Policy and Procedures. Please see the Return & Refund Policy and Procedures of the third-party vender on their websites at time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders that are submitted online are immediately processed and may not able to be cancelled prior to shipping. If you believe you had made a mistake in your order, please notify David E Walker by e-mail as soon as possible at daveswwwhome@gmail.com. However, if the orders had already been processed for shipping or is in transit you will need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to complete the return process.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To expedite a return, please complete the “W-Thing Publishing LLC. Return & Exchange Contact Form” and send a copy by email to David E Walker at daveswwwhome@gmail.com. (this will give us a heads up and we can respond faster)

• Complete the “W-Thing Publishing LLC. Return & Exchange Contact Form” and place it inside the package with your return.
• A receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return will be required.
• The item being returned must be sent to: David E Walker @ W-Thing Publishing LLC, 8201 Harford Road #10941 Parkville MD. 21234.
• The buyer will pay all return shipping cost with the notable acceptations of:
  1. Incorrect /Damaged item – You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is the result of an error on the seller’s part. Ie: If you receive the incorrect book or if the personalized autograph does not match the request.

Shipping

The Purchaser will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for any returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

In cases where the book is returned to the seller for any of the following reasons, the refund includes the book price only (not including the original shipping charges), incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.

Return shipping is calculated as equal to original shipping cost and when refundable, is added to the refund upon return receipt of the book by the seller. Return shipping labels are not provided.

Your refund will be processed to your credit card once the seller receives the book back. It is highly recommended that you use a trackable method of shipment; if the book doesn’t arrive and tracking isn’t provided, the refund will be cancelled.

Once a return/refund request has been cancelled, you cannot submit another return/refund request.

Refunds and Exchanges

After receiving a valid return, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item had been received and you will be notified by e-mail of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted, you will be provided with one of the following options within a reasonable time:

• An exchange of merchandise for the item returned.
• A credit to the payment card or original method of payment used at the time of purchase if possible.
• A check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, W-Thing Publishing will reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
